Position description:

Communicate effectively with customers requesting service and ambulance crews to ensure patients are transported at the correct location properly and in a timely manner.


Assess transportation requests accurately to make sure the appropriate level of care is provided to the patients.


Coordinate the continuation of patient care activities and services provided by other professionals to deliver the care most appropriate to the patient's needs.



Position requirements:

High school diploma
Kentucky certified EMT-B
Type 20 wpm
