Update: Development of an ambulance fee schedule for Medicare

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) has developed a set of answers to questions received in response to the Federal Register publication of the Coverage of Ambulance Services and Vehicle and Staffing Requirements: Final Rule on January 25, 1999.
