Rural healthcare training weekend

STANFORD — Stanford EMS and Air Evac Lifeteam will be holding a "Rural Healthcare Training Weekend" in Stanford, Ky., on Feb. 25 and 26. 2012.
Offerings include a two hour HIV/AIDS bloodborne pathogen course, a pediatric abusive head trauma course, Meti-Man scenarios, a 12-lead ECG interpretation class, and classes on stroke, trauma alert, acute MIs, venomous snake bites, rural obstectrics, and respiratory emergencies.Registration for the weekend is only $10 if postmarked by Feb. 15.
