Page, Wolfberg & Worth signs on as co-counsel in national litigation against Ford Page, Wolfberg & Worth Press Release MECHANICSBURG — Page, Wolfberg & Wirth has formally signed on as co-counsel in the pending national class action litigation against Ford Motor Company regarding alleged defects in Ford's 6.0L diesel engines. These engines were installed in some ambulances manufactured between 2004-2006, and many ambulance services have reported significant maintenance problems and downtime with these vehicles. The class action lawsuit, Williams A. Ambulance, Inc., et al. v. Ford Motor Company, is currently pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. PWW has joined with two other law firms pursuing this litigation. Though PWW does not normally undertake these types of cases on its own, PWW has entered into a written agreement with two other law firms in Texas to serve as co-counsel in this matter. This agreement addresses, among other issues, the division of fees between the firms, and fee information will be provided in writing to any client who engages us to participate in this litigation. All clients who engage PWW to represent them in this matter will be represented jointly by all three firms, and the details of this representation will be fully set forth in writing to all clients prior to commencing our representation.
Any ambulance services - whether
public, private or non-profit - that own or operate Ford 2004-2006
