Health and Family Services Secretary to speak at conference

LOUISVILLE — Kentucky's Health and Family Services Secretary Mark D. Birdwhistell will be a special guest at the Kentucky EMS Conference and Expo's opening ceremonies on Wednesday, Sept. 19, at 8 AM in Owensboro.

It is expected that Sec. Birdwhistell will make a special announcement to the EMS community, but the nature of that announcement is not known.
