EMS Survey

BOWLING GREEN — The Public Health Department and the Kentucky Emergency Medical Services Academy at Western Kentucky University is conducting a survey to collect data regarding EMS instructors.

Based on the EMS Agenda for the Future US DOT document, we are gathering information regarding how many EMS professionals presently have any college experience.  We are gathering this data to look at options for EMS professionals to gain a degree in order to potentially teach in post secondary education.

Please answer the questions honestly with any comments that you feel necessary to complete your answer.  We would like as many surveys returned as possible.  This is for a Public Health class project so time is of the essence.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give me a call 270-745-5865.
