Emergency Services Conference Sept. 24 - 27 in Lexington

Following September 11th the Kentucky Emergency Number Association, the Kentucky Chapter of APCO, the Kentucky Emergency Management Association, and the Kentucky Division of Emergency Management thought it was important to come together this year as co-hosts for a single conference. We are proud to announce the NEW 2002 Kentucky Emergency Services Conference, September 24 - 27, 2002 at the Holiday Inn North, 1950 Newton Pike, Lexington, Kentucky. We wanted to present a united front, to show that the public safety team is working together as part of a coordinated effort to meet challenges like none this nation has seen for several generations.

This year's conference will be more exciting than ever! We anticipate 500+ people in attendance! From the opening reception to the closing business meeting, the agenda is challenging and vital. This year's conference will feature over 20 speakers (many with national credentials), frequent opportunities to visit the exhibit area, and the annual awards ceremony. For those of you who have been supportive of past APCO-KENA and GEMW conferences, we hope you will appreciate this opportunity to expand with us.
