Medicaid requests comments on administrative services organization concept paper

LOUISVILLE — Kentucky Ambulance Providers Association president Mike Swift has been advised that the Department of Medicaid Services has issued a Concept Paper for an Administrative Services Organization to assist the Medicaid program in managing program utilization.

Medicaid Commissioner Mike Robinson felt that Kentucky's ambulance industry may be interested in commenting on the draft document before the Department issues a formal Request for Proposals.
