Combined meeting of KAPA and IAA boards Tuesday in Louisville

GLASGOW — There will be a combined meeting of the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Ambulance Providers Association and the Indiana Ambulance Association on Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 5:00 p.m. EST at the Inn at Jewish Hospital, 100 E. Jefferson Street in Louisville.

The purpose of the meeting is to hear a report on the outcome of a meeting between David Werfel, both Kentucky and Indiana's ambulance associations, the Health Care Financing Administration and AdminaStar-Federal concerning the resolution of the ongoing Medicare reimbursement crisis. After learning of their options from Werfel, the Boards may choose a specific course of action.

Ambulance providers from both Kentucky and Indiana are both welcome and encouraged to attend.
