Virtual condolences book This virtual condolence book was provided for anyone who wished to offer their comments of support and sympathy to the crew and family members of the University of Kentucky Air Medical Services team that died in a tragic incident on June 14, 1999. The condolence book was closed to further entries on June 22. Volume 1 On behalf of the staff here at EastCare, we send our condolences to the families and
the staff at UK. You are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. From myself and all of us here at TransCare of KY we offer our deepest sympathy to the
friends, family and co-workers of flight crew 43 echo. We in emergency services work next
to death each and every day, however, when it comes to one of us it is still hard to
understand. In time thru God understanding does come. Our prayers are that you will
someday have the peace and understanding that comes from him above. OUR PRAYERS TO ALL My condolences to the families of the crew members who were lot while in the line of
duty. May God himself give them strength through this time of loss. My prayers are with
them. My sincere condolences for your loss. You all are in my prayers. From all of us at the Florence Project,(www.florenceproject.org) our sincere

condolences and prayers to all the families of these wonderful people. Your loss is felt
across the state and beyond. May God bless and comfort you in this difficult time. We would like to offer our condolences. We have felt we have lost a coworker. May god
bless and be with those families and coworkers of our fallen brethren. We are far away here in Western Kentucky, but our hearts are right there with you. We
are one family, and when one hurts, we all hurt. Please know how much we are thinking of
you now, and of how deeply your loss must be felt. The news of such tragedy saddens our hearts, but in the words of a great man: I am so sorry for your loss. Having been a member of a number of EMS families, I
understand the bond that grow among us and the pain a loss of any kinds can produce. No
words I can say will ease the pain of this tragedy, but my heart goes out to you all and I
will keep you in my prayers. Thank you, memebers of the Emergency Medical Services for all
you do for us all. Thank you, their families, for your support of my valiant brothers and
sisters of the EMS. The Loss of our Fallen Heroes is Heavens Gain. God Bless you all. We will not forget

out to all those who are hurting in their hearts. I did not know the crew but I have
friends that did. In this business I feel we are all one big family, today I have lost
four great brothers and sisters. May god be with us all today and everyday. We would like to offer our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of the members of
the UK flight crew. It's hard to lose family, you'll be remembered in all of our thoughts
and prayers. I work for an air ambulance service in the Administrative Office and this made we
realize how special these people are that risk their lives everyday to help someone else.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Our department would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the families and friends
who have suffered such a great loss from these true professionals. Our thoughts and

friends that did. In this business I feel we are all one big family, today I have lost

condolences to the families, co-workers, and everyone touch by this tragedy. Having lost
our Assistant Chief several years ago, we realize the devastation and void something like
this places upon a service and within a family. Our prayers will be for you during the
days, months, and years to come. It goes without saying, if we can be of any assistance,
please feel free to call upon us. Psalms 46:1 As an employee of Clinton County Hospital for over ten years and as a healthcare worker
since 1974 and an EMT-B since 1975, I know just how much the helicopter services have
meant since their inception in relieving pain and suffering for numerous patients and
their loved ones throughout our state. All of us in the healthcare family have suffered a
deep and painful loss and all of our condolences, thoughts, and prayers are with all of
the crew and with all of their family members and friends during this sad and tragic time.

each and everyone of you. Thier lives have touched many and their spirit will be

Whether we are firemen, law enforcement, or EMS, we are one family. When one is lost we
all feel the pain. If the Alvaton Volunteer Fire Department can do anything to help -
please let us know. Our four fallen friends honored us by the manner in which they lived their lives. They
made sacrifices so others might feel comfort and safety. They provided solace to people
who had no place to go. They thought of others before they thought of themselves. I wish to give my condolences to the families of the brave men and women who lost there
lives in the crash.These people risk there lives everday to save the lives of others. I
did not all of them but I was a friend of Brian Harden. I worked with him and will miss

that at one point in time, that I have worked a scene flight with them. My heart is heavy
as I remember these fine persons, and I hope that the good Lord has them in his arms now,
looking out for them. Again, my sorrow and condolences to the family, friends, co-workers
of my fallen brother/sisters of UK Aeromed 4-3-Echo. As part of the Emergency Medical family I would like to say with a heavy heart that we
will all miss our brothers and sisters within the one big family that we call our own. We

have worked next to each one at one time or another when I worked with CareFlight. The
paramedic was a great friend that i know from working with Georgetown Fire Dept. My
prayers are with the one big family we are all a part of. I know it hurts to lose a loved
one so close. In time we will deal with this. There will be more pain before the sorrow
ends. I know I speak for all at Station 2 Lexingtong Fire Department Second Platoon, we

know the flight crew of 4-3-Echo died in the line of duty doing what My deepest sympathy and condolences go out to the staff, freinds and families of the
crew members lost. On behalf of all of us at the Clinton County Emergency Medical Service and the Albany
Fire Department, I wish to offer my sincere condolences to the families of the crew lost
in Monday's crash of the Jackson based UK emergency medical helocopter. And, to their
co-workers, and every rural town and county that they served, this loss will not be
forgotten, for the crew was excellent emergency medical ambasadors to us all. My sympathy is expressed to the families of those who lost their life in this
tragedy,and to the medical staff of UK Lifeflight you are al in my thoughts and prayers.

43E on 14 June. My heart feels heavy and saddened by the loss of this crew. Being a pilot
and former Paramedic, I know that they loved what they did by helping others. This
particular time is extremely hard feeling the loss of this crew. We lost an entire crew
during a medevac mission in Colorado and post crash ivestigations make it difficult as
well. Just keep in mind that there are numerous concerned friends and families that are
praying for you during this difficult time. God will give you the strength to get through
this difficult time. My heart goes out to the families and friends of the lost crew. No words can relieve
the pain you are going through at this time. Keep faith in God and he will help you
through this time. They now ride with the almighty wings of god. God bless them all, we'll miss them I would like to send my condolences to the families who are going through this
