We cordially invite you to participate in our
conference.
Booth size is 8' x 10' and the cost is $350
per booth; $335 for KAPA members.
Additional booths are available. Each booth includes a table,
chairs
and drapery; additional tables are $30 each.
Electricity is available by request for $35. (includes all three days)
Each company will be issued two conference passes. Conference
passes will be in the company name (not individual name) and
are transferable between members of your organization.
Additional conference passes are $50 per day (or $120
for all three days).
All exhibits, including vehicles, will be
displayed inside. Exhibitors displaying vehicles will be
provided with one complete booth.
Students may register for door prizes as
they enter the Exhibit Hall. Names will be drawn and
prizes will be awarded at random times during the exhibit
hours (must be present to win).
Security for the exhibit area will be
maintained. During the times the exhibits are closed, the
doors will be locked.
All exhibit spaces are assigned on a
"first-come, first-served" basis. Exhibitors will not be
confirmed until all fees have been received.
