Refund requests can also be sent by
electronic mail to EMSConference@hultgren.org.
In all cases, the confirmation letter or
confirmation e-mail (for verification purposes) must
be returned with your written instructions. You may use
our on-line Conference
Registration Confirmation Tool (provided by Air Methods
Kentucky) to replace
a lost confirmation (please print or copy the information and
include it with your refund request). For security purposes,
when using the Conference Registration Confirmation Tool, you will need the last four digits of the item used to pay for
your registration (check number, PO number, credit card
number, etc.)
If registration fees were
paid by credit card, please include the electronic transaction
number.
You are allowed to select a substitute for
your registration. We ask that you notify us in advance, if
possible, by returning your confirmation letter or
confirmation e-mail with a brief
note authorizing the substitution and the name, address, and
certification level of the substitute. This will allow us to
have the necessary registration materials available when your
substitute arrives at the conference. If you are unable to
notify us in advance, please send the same material mentioned
above to the conference with the substitute.
