Please note that the hotel is currently undergoing a renovation and that, sometime this year, the hotel will change names to a Hilton Hotel. During the renovation process you can still use your HiltonHonors Club Membership.

Special Conference Rates:

$99 per night for a regular room single or double occupancy ($124 per night for a Club Level guest bedroom). Rate does not include Kentucky sales tax (6%) and local occupancy tax of 7.42%. Tax exempt certificates are accepted (applies to the Kentucky state sales tax but not the local occupancy tax) and must be presented at check in.

The special room rate has been extended to Sept. 14. To receive this special rate, please make your reservation by September 14. You must mention "Kentucky EMS Conference" when calling.

Direct Bill Accounts:

All lodging arrangements are between you and the hotel. For those who wish to establish a direct bill account with the hotel, you must provide 30-days notice and contact the hotel by August 1 to establish an account. Less time is required to establish a direct bill account with a major credit card.
